Advertising, Branding, and Creative Media

Bringing together brands, people, stories and strategies!

I am currently pursuing a double major in Creative Media Industries and Advertising at Texas Tech University. With an expected graduation date of December 2023, I am looking forward to exploring the next steps in my post-college career.

Over the last two years, I have had the honor of being on the Texas Tech Bullet Ad Team as a member of both the research and creative groups. The Bullet Ad Team creates full-service advertising campaigns over the course of nine months for brands like Tinder, Meta, and Indeed which are submitted to the National Student Advertising Competition hosted each year by the American Advertising Federation. These campaigns cover research, media planning, creative executions, events and promotions, and estimated budgets. At the end of the year, the team travels to a competition where we pitch our ideas to industry professionals to be compared to other schools. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best students at my college while on the Ad Team and have learned so much from each of them during my two years on the team. I learned to think strategically, came to truly appreciate the importance of teamwork and communication, and gained incompatible amounts of real-world experience while a member of this team.

Since high school, multimedia storytelling and production have been a huge passion of mine. As a sophomore in high school, I began with live production, broadcasting well over 100 events, including high school football, professional hockey, professional baseball, concerts, and special events. When I graduated and enrolled in college, I turned my passion more toward photography and videography. I sharpened my skills as an intern with Texas Tech Athletics since Fall 2020, producing social media content for sports like football, MBB, WBB, volleyball, track, and tennis. In October 2022, I helped produce a short-form documentary for the Texas Parks and Wildlife PBS that followed two motorcycle adventures as they traveled 1400 miles across Texas. The trip took us from Sea Rim State Park to Guadalupe Mountains National Park, essentially traveling from sea to summit. Most recently, I had the chance to intern with the Creative Studio Team at Southwest Airlines. This internship allowed me to work on projects spanning the company, from recruitment marketing and airplane intake to technology and executive suite communication.

Across everything, I bring a spirit of never-ending curiosity, teamwork, passion, and commitment to delivering a product I am proud of on each and every project.
